Throwback Thursday …to a space where movement, material and atmosphere became one: Vikasa Yoga Studio, Bangkok, 2020.

Perfect alignment?
Our first exploration of natural materials at an overtly commercial scale.

Vikasa was awarded Leisure & Wellness Interior of the Year at the 2020 Dezeen Awards. The judges commented:
“The sustainable medium of handcrafted reed as a primary material, to weave a spatial narrative, is both clever and meaningful to the context – of the region and programme.”

And so, a gentle rebellion was born…
where grassroots sustainability took root — and the rest, as they say, is Enter Projects Asia history. 💫

Great evening at HoSkar Night Bangkok 2026, held at the newly reopened Dusit Thani Bangkok.

This year’s theme, “Experiential Hospitality, What is going on out there?”, opened up timely conversations around the future of hospitality, real estate, and design-led experiences.

A special highlight for us was seeing René-Paul van Leeuwen, Design Manager at Enter Projects Asia, on stage for the panel discussion “Dining & Bars: Brutal Truth – How to Make Money, from Function to Experiential Destinations”, alongside Lee Lin, Carl Almeida, and Mohammed Adib, moderated by Han Hoang.

Good to see René representing EPA on stage this time — giving Patrick Keane a well-deserved moment off the spotlight.

Thank you to HoSkar Night and WeHub for bringing together such a strong hospitality and design community in Bangkok.

“In a setting defined by global luxury, nothing is minor. Everything is resolved”

Following our previous look at the ICONSIAM flagship on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, we move closer…into the detail.

Each line, junction and surface is carefully considered and precisely controlled: where tolerance is measured and nothing is left to chance.
A continuous rattan system, shaped and refined to operate at a level demanded by high end luxury retail.

Plant-based in origin, exacting in execution—where craft is elevated through discipline, and material becomes architecture.

The master bedroom at The Brick House opens directly onto the pool edge, dissolving the boundary between interior and landscape.

A stepped brick aperture frames the corner of the room, softening the transition between solidity and openness, while floor-to-ceiling glazing draws in views across the Laguna Golf Phuket fairway beyond.

Rather than relying on excess, the architecture works through restraint—natural airflow, material warmth, filtered light, and a continuous relationship to the outdoors.

Brick becomes structure, threshold, and atmosphere at once.

”At the heart of the space, Enter Projects Asia conceived, designed, developed, fabricated, and installed a continuous rattan installation—an immersive architectural surface that curves, folds, and envelops. Developed through advanced digital modelling and realised through traditional weaving techniques, it operates as both structure and spatial narrative—expressing Southeast Asia’s deep-rooted craft traditions at an architectural scale."

Thank you to Archello.com for featuring the Hermès ICONSIAM Flagship Store.

With architectural and interior design by RDAI, the project draws inspiration from the movement of water and the Chao Phraya River. Within the flagship, Enter Projects Asia conceived, developed, fabricated, and installed a continuous rattan landscape—digitally modelled and handwoven by local artisans.

Set within the intensity of Dhaka, the lobby is designed as a moment of transition—
from city to stillness.

A sculptural rattan system anchors the space, rising into a porous canopy that filters light and frames movement.
The material palette is deliberately restrained—natural, breathable, and responsive to climate.

Rather than applied finishes, the architecture is defined by structure itself—
where craft operates at scale to shape atmosphere.

Enter Projects Asia—redefining arrival in Dhaka. More to come, stay tuned 💫
