📍Gladia by the Waters is designed around ideas that enhance daily living, with a calm, family-friendly environment that stays closely connected to the river and to nature.

The landscape is organized into five neighborhood parks across the low-rise residences, giving every home easy access to outdoor spaces:

🌳 Welcome Park – A lively arrival space for gatherings, events, skating, and group activities.
🌴 Tropical Garden – A lush, shaded walkway that gently transitions from active zones to quieter residential areas.
🧘‍♀️ Wellness Park (Central Park) – The heart of the community, with a sports court, playground, outdoor fitness, yoga deck, and a zen garden.
⛳ Riverside Park & Riverfront Plaza – Spaces to enjoy the water, with BBQ areas, a camping lawn, mini-golf, and an observation deck. The plaza also includes a retention pond and filtration pond that naturally support stormwater management.

Across the project, residents can enjoy a two-kilometer jogging loop, a riverside cycling path, and diverse planting that increases biodiversity and attracts urban wildlife.

The project reached its initial completion in July 2025, and from this stage forward we are letting nature take its course. Under the care of the Keppel Land and Khang Điền operation teams, the plants will grow, settle, and mature, allowing the landscape to become fuller, greener, and more alive with time.

Our vision for Gladia is to create a community that lives comfortably with nature, enjoys flexible and welcoming outdoor spaces, supports healthy living, and brings sustainable ideas into everyday life.

Our landscape team was led by Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Xuan and Ms. Nghiem Xuan Thanh Hang.

✨ A Night to Remember ✨

Last weekend, Land Sculptor Studio celebrated our 15th Anniversary with a cozy get-together filled with laughter, memories, and so much joy.

It wasn’t just a celebration, it was a moment to reconnect, reflect, and appreciate how far we’ve come together. From the early days to today, our journey has been built on passion, teamwork, and shared dreams.

Here’s to everyone who made the night so special, and to the exciting future ahead!

As we wrap up our 15th anniversary celebration, we’re reminded that 10 October was never just about celebrating ourselves.

Having grown alongside Vietnam’s real estate market, we wanted to give back to the community and environment that have supported us throughout this journey.
Beyond creating eco-friendly and functional landscape designs, we also wanted to share our blessings with those who may not have the chance to experience our work firsthand.
Through this charity project, we were humbled to support disadvantaged children and individuals at Maison Chance, bringing them opportunities, happiness, and hope for the future.

A heartfelt thank you to Maison Chance, all donors and team members who made this initiative possible. Your kindness, effort, and dedication turned this idea into something truly meaningful.

🌳 The Midori Park - “Green Way Park” 🌳

The project stands as a remarkable highlight within the Midori Park urban area, embracing the “Garden City” development philosophy,

Drawing inspiration from the elegance of Japanese gardens, the masterplan and landscape design are reinterpreted through a modern contemporary approach, harmonizing with the architectural language of The Glory Tower. Typical elements of Japanese gardens - sound, imagery, color, scent, and texture, are subtly integrated into the landscape, reflecting a deep respect for cultural heritage while presenting a refined expression suited to the urban context.

More than a tranquil green strip, Green Way serves as a living corridor, seamlessly connecting residential areas, amenities, and commercial spaces. The project offers a lush and balanced living environment, where residents can fully experience peace and harmony in the heart of Binh Duong New City.
