Arom Wongamat — a single-tower residential building in Pattaya overlooking Wongamat Beach. To embrace the exceptional coastal views, the units are designed with full-height windows that capture a sweeping 360-degree ocean panorama.

The zigzag arrangement of the typical unit terraces enhances privacy while offering varied viewing angles toward the sea. In the high-zone levels, the façade is articulated with pushed and pulled terrace forms, creating dedicated spaces for private jacuzzis and bathtubs with uninterrupted views.

We were delighted to welcome students from 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆’𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 (𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗔) to 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗺 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 (𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟭) on October 21st, 2025.

The visit, part of the Environmental Technology and Integrative Building Systems Design I course led by 𝗔𝗷𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗞𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗸𝗱𝗲𝗲 — co-founder and principal architect of HAS Design and Research — offered students an inside look at professional architectural practice.

During the session, 𝗞𝗵𝘂𝗻 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗿𝗮𝘅𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶, Director of 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗺 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 (𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟭) and 𝗞𝗵𝘂𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁, Assistant Design Director, shared the firm’s background and insights into sustainable high-rise design and integrated building systems.
