Nighttime facade feature Terra cotta, Supergenti marble, glazing canopy and textured paint walls and pebble stone pavement.
The lighting design minimizes glare, using wall washing and upright landscape illumination for a refined ambiance.

ไฟแสงสว่าง ส่วนใหญ่เป็นไฟ ส่องผนัง และ ไฟuplight ต้นไม้ เพื่อเลี่ยง แสงไฟแยงตา

ชายคากันแดดทิศใต้-ตะวันตก: The roof over hang is 1.8m on both the south and west sides. This give enough shade (about 60-80%) for the south, but not for the west.
For the west, we use 3 solutions:
1) make window smaller.
2) add vertical fins or depth of wall fin to block the sun angle.
3) Build double wall with 10cm air gap (as insulation)
