Following our continued collaboration with King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) to provide internship opportunities for talented students, we are delighted to welcome Mr. Thachapak, a 4th-year Mechanical Engineering student, to our Product Engineering & Development team.

During his internship, Thachapak has been supporting product quality improvement and digital transformation initiatives by enhancing technical documentation, improving engineering visualizations, organizing engineering data, and contributing to the development of AI-powered solutions for technical support.

Beyond documentation and data management, Thachapak has also gained valuable exposure to design validation, simulation support, and technical customer requirements, providing a well-rounded engineering experience.

The results are already visible through clearer processes, improved collaboration, and the advancement of smarter engineering systems.

At the heart of our internship program is the belief that investing in young talent creates value for both students and industry. Together, we're not only enhancing engineering workflows but also helping build the intelligent solutions of tomorrow.

We had the opportunity to present our GFRP solution at the Arup Hong Kong office last month. The session saw great engagement, with 18 participants attending in person and another 20 joining via Microsoft Teams.

Thank you to everyone who visited us at Booth D0712 during the World Tunnel Congress (WTC) 2026, held from May 18–20 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.

We greatly appreciated the engaging discussions and the strong interest in GFRP solutions and tunnel engineering innovation. It was also exciting to see nuclear waste management and energy storage caverns featured on the interesting convergence of engineering worlds.

A special highlight was showcasing our strong partnership with Pultrall, our local Canadian production of the ASTEC Active Anchor (AAA), reinforcing our commitment to performance, collaboration, and local expertise.

And finally, thank you to the organizer, the Tunnelling Association of Canada (TAC), together with event partner JPdL, under the auspices of the International Tunnelling and Underground Space Association (ITA-AITES). WTC 2026 was a truly well‑attended and highly international event.
