บ้าน - สุข - สงบ 🍃

บ้านพักตากอากาศหลังนี้ถูกออกแบบภายใต้แนวคิดของความเรียบง่ายที่ประณีต และความโปร่งโล่งที่เชื่อมโยงการอยู่อาศัยเข้ากับธรรมชาติอย่างกลมกลืน

จุดเริ่มต้นของการออกแบบมาจากการรักษากลุ่มต้นไม้ใหญ่เดิมภายในไซต์ไว้ให้มากที่สุด ก่อนวางผังอาคารให้แทรกตัวอยู่ท่ามกลางพื้นที่สีเขียว เพื่อให้สถาปัตยกรรมไม่ได้เป็นเพียงอาคารที่ตั้งอยู่บนที่ดิน แต่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบ

พื้นที่ภายในถูกออกแบบในลักษณะ Open-plan เพื่อสร้างความต่อเนื่องระหว่างภายในและภายนอก เปิดรับแสงธรรมชาติ การถ่ายเทอากาศ และมุมมองของสวนให้ไหลเข้าสู่พื้นที่ใช้สอยในทุกส่วนของบ้าน

พื้นที่ใจกลางที่ดินถูกออกแบบให้เป็นลานสนามหญ้ากว้างและพื้นที่นั่งเล่นกึ่งเอาท์ดอร์ ทำหน้าที่เป็น “หัวใจหลัก” ที่เชื่อมโยงทุกฟังก์ชันเข้าด้วยกัน ทั้งยังถูกวางบทบาทไว้สำหรับการขยายตัวในอนาคต เมื่อบ้านหลังใหม่เกิดขึ้น พื้นที่ส่วนกลางนี้จะกลายเป็นแกนเชื่อมต่อที่ทำให้บ้านทั้งสองหลังอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างกลมกลืนเป็นหนึ่งเดียว

"Refined Simplicity & Seamless Transparency"

This holiday home is designed around the idea of refined simplicity and openness, creating a living environment that connects seamlessly with nature.

The design begins by preserving as many existing mature trees on the site as possible, before carefully positioning the architecture within the surrounding greenery. Rather than standing as an isolated object on the land, the house is conceived as part of the landscape itself.

The interior spaces are planned with an open-plan approach, allowing the relationship between inside and outside to flow naturally. Natural light, ventilation, and garden views are drawn into every part of the home, creating a calm and airy living atmosphere.

At the heart of the site, a generous lawn and semi-outdoor living area are designed as the central gathering space, connecting all functions of the house together. This space is also planned with future expansion in mind, allowing a new house to be connected naturally, so both homes can coexist as one cohesive living environment.

𝙆𝘼𝙉𝙅𝘼𝙉𝘼 𝘼𝙋𝘼𝙍𝙏𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏

This project is a renovation of a 30-year-old apartment building, reimagined under the concept of “Affordable & Thoughtful Living.” The goal is to elevate the quality of living within a practical budget.

The design approach focuses on preserving and adapting the existing structure and architectural elements, reducing construction costs while maintaining the building’s original identity. At the same time, a new visual language is introduced to create a more contemporary and inviting atmosphere.

Color plays a central role in the design, acting as the primary tool to create depth and character. It is complemented by selected materials such as glazed tiles and spray finishes to introduce subtle variations in texture—enhancing spatial perception without increasing overall costs.

𝙑𝙀𝙉𝙐𝙀 𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙈

Architecture is more than just form; it’s about spatial problem-solving and enhancing the quality of life. For the Venue FORM project, our team (handling both Space Planning and Architectural Design across all 4 typologies) was challenged to maximize spatial value and functionality within a defined footprint.

We intentionally moved away from conventional, compartmentalized floor plans, opting instead for a design strategy rooted in "Spatial Interconnectivity." The core architectural approaches include:

Rethinking the Double Volume: Instead of treating the central double-volume as a mere vertical void, we designed it as the 'Core Space' of the house. It is strategically placed to integrate adjacent zones—the pantry, dining, and living areas—allowing them to share the expansive spatial and visual benefits of the volume.

Maximizing Space & Value: We seamlessly connected the central void with the double-volume stairwell. This architectural intervention optimizes every square meter for peak functional efficiency, ensuring the design remains highly practical while strictly adhering to the saleable area parameters.

The Welcoming Foyer: The initial spatial sequence is crucial. We calibrated the entrance foyer to maintain a continuous visual connection with the front exterior landscape. This approach dissolves the boundary between inside and out, preventing any sense of confinement and establishing an immediate feeling of openness.

Inside-Out Facade & Privacy: The exterior facade is a direct reflection of the interior spatial arrangement. We introduced breeze blocks at the balconies as a key architectural element. This not only ensures absolute privacy for the semi-outdoor spaces but also facilitates natural cross-ventilation, creating a delicate filter between the exterior and the interior.

-Baan Suksangob
(Happiness + Serenity) is a private retreat designed to transform a long-held, tree-fringed plot into a sanctuary for physical and mental restoration. Inspired by the owner’s years of nurturing the land's lush greenery, the architecture embraces a “Living with Nature” philosophy.

The design emphasizes refined simplicity and seamless transparency, utilizing an open-plan layout to eliminate spatial tension. By framing the existing grand trees as the heart of the home, every corner offers a rhythmic connection to the landscape—crafting a tranquil atmosphere where the soul can truly rest.

Under the concept of "The Timeless Refinement," AIRI conveys an enduring identity by harmonizing contemporary lines with classic nuances. The architectural depth is accentuated through a curated palette: Green defines the Clubhouse's character, while Red and Blue distinguish the residential zone.
This design further evolves traditional details into graceful, abstracted curves, integrated with modern Solid Perforated Aluminum. The interplay of these elements creates a dynamic, contemporary dimension that flawlessly bridges the gap between heritage and modern elegance.
