PRAKSA PARK — A Park for Every Generations

Designed to support activities for all ages, Praksa Park reflects the identity of Praksa through a landscape that is both functional and deeply connected to nature.

The park is envisioned as a shared space where multiple generations can interact, fostering community cohesion through inclusive and flexible environments. Key program elements include a playground, fitness area, senior exercise space, and a safe, fenced dog park—strategically arranged to encourage overlap, visibility, and engagement across age groups.

A defining feature of the park is its integrated Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) approach. Stormwater is collected across the site and directed into a central retention pond, supported by a network of biofiltration swales. Water is naturally treated through these systems and further polished within constructed wetlands before being discharged into the public canal. This process not only enhances water quality but also reduces erosion and supports long-term ecological resilience.

The riverside zone is designed to balance recreation and ecology, providing accessible public space while stabilizing the edge condition and improving habitat value.

Sustainability is further reinforced through an integrated solar energy system, contributing to a seamless Green Infrastructure strategy.

The landscape is enriched with native planting, alongside a community herb garden and vegetable plots—creating opportunities for learning, sharing, and intergenerational engagement.

More than a park, Praksa Park is a living landscape—designed to connect people, nature, and community across generations.

Burasiri Wongwaen–Chatuchot
the vision of “New World, New Settlement” is reimagined as a serene, resort-like community—where New England charm meets a calming natural landscape.

A lakeside entrance gently welcomes you in. Curving pathways echo the rhythm of the New England coastline, framed by soft rolling hills and lush greenery—creating a seamless transition from the city into a more peaceful state of mind.

-The Clubhouse & Lake-
Positioned by the water, the clubhouse opens to a grand lawn and expansive views. The shoreline curves naturally, while pathways guide you through a sequence of open spaces—ending at a featured tree atop the hill. A quiet moment, perfectly framed.

Ruby (Level 11)

Zircon (Level 28)
At the rooftop, the Sky Pool becomes a luminous jewel—by day reflecting the endless sky, by night transforming into a glowing stage above Bangkok.

Reignwood Park
A Future-Ready Model for World-Class Community Living

Reignwood Park is one of Thailand’s flagship community developments, envisioned under the concept of “The World-Class Community for Multi-Generational Living.” The master plan, led by Ixora Design as Landscape Architect and Master Planner, follows a landscape-driven approach that translates long-term vision into a cohesive, livable, and future-ready environment.

The planning is centered on human-centric spaces, seamlessly integrating sustainability, innovation, and cultural identity into a unified urban framework designed to support evolving lifestyles across generations.

More than 70% of the site is dedicated to green and open space, forming a community defined by shade, clean air, and a strong connection to nature. Tens of thousands of trees planted throughout the development help create a healthier microclimate, improving environmental quality not only within the project but also across the surrounding area. Privacy and safety are embedded at every scale, from overall zoning to neighborhood layout.

The master plan brings together a complete range of programs, including residential areas ranging from condominiums and single-family homes to bespoke, tailor-made mansions, alongside an international school, community mall, sports complex, world-class golf course, and a large central park with a lake. A dedicated 10-kilometer bike lane and running track, designed as a continuous loop without road crossings, connects the entire development within a fully integrated green network.

Through the balance of ecology, spatial clarity, and design intelligence, Reignwood Park establishes a new benchmark for contemporary community development in Thailand.

Park11 is conceived as a luxury lifestyle retail destination under the concept of “Retail in the Park.” Located within Reignwood Park and adjacent to KIS International School, the project is envisioned not merely as a shopping mall, but as an everyday gathering place embedded within the life of the community.
The design integrates curated retail with the ideas of education and outdoor living, creating a spatial environment where leisure, learning, and family life coexist naturally.

A key feature of the project is its expansive outdoor activity zone, developed in collaboration with GET GROWING, offering thoughtfully designed spaces for children and families — including a large play area, skate park, and bike park. These elements encourage active exploration and experiential learning within a landscape setting.

All components of Park11 are connected through a continuous green park network, allowing landscape to become the primary organizing framework of the development. Rather than a conventional mall, Park11 is designed as an open, park-centered environment that invites people outdoors — a place where retail, community, and nature come together as part of everyday life.

SERENO is a distinguished collection within Reignwood Residences, positioned in the prime enclave of Reignwood Park. Conceived as a multi-generational ultra-luxury community, the project redefines residential exclusivity through design intelligence.

Its most unprecedented gesture lies in privacy by planning: every home is separated by a landscaped green strip, ensuring that no property shares a common boundary wall. These verdant buffers do more than create discretion — they function as shaded garden corridors and natural ventilation channels, allowing airflow to circulate, dissipate heat, and cultivate a serene microclimate throughout the neighborhood.

The master plan gently arranges each residence around the Robinswood Par 3 Course, opening expansive green vistas across the fairways. Here, architecture, landscape, and open space converge — crafting a living environment where privacy, nature, and panoramic golf course views become an everyday luxury.

Robinswood Golf Club is an 18-hole world-class championship course designed to host international tournaments — proudly created by a 100% Thai design team at Ixora Design.

The course balances beauty and strategic challenge, welcoming golfers of all levels from weekend players to professional tour athletes. A tiered tee system defines varying degrees of difficulty, while the routing encourages imagination, precision, and thoughtful course management.
Landscape architecture is at the heart of the design. Every hole is carefully framed to create picturesque perspectives, with sightlines intentionally studied to support global tournament broadcasting.

Non in-play areas are preserved as native landscape zones, allowing natural regeneration as zero-maintenance areas — reinforcing sustainability and long-term environmental responsibility.
