Join us in congratulating the extension of Swiss/German educational. After a long wait, we are delighted to announce that the construction of the school is now complete. It has been a journey filled with hard work and dedication, and we are proud of what we have accomplished together.

Established in 1963, the school holds the distinction of being the first German-speaking school in Thailand. The new buildings enhances the learning experience and community engagement. This ambitious initiative includes the construction of a new classroom building, an indoor sports hall, a soccer field, running tracks, and a visitor parking lot. The design of the new classroom building reflects a thoughtful integration with the existing Building, embracing a unique courtyard character that encourages interaction and collaboration. The architecture features a more open layout that not only enhances natural light but also fosters a stronger connection between buildings, promoting a sense of community among students and educators alike.

We recently conducted an inspection of our design for the second phase of the FBS, which includes the new dance room, music rooms, and art room. These new space is facing west, so we have proposed using sliding partitions to block the afternoon sunlight while also allowing for flexibility based on the needs of each room. For example, art room got pinboard, music room got acoustic panal, dance room got mirror.

It brings us great joy to hear that the students are enthusiastic about the upcoming space, and we can’t wait to see them enjoy these new facilities!

The Residence38: Simple yet distinctive, this building features four unique residential floor plates, each offering a variety of unit layouts designed to maximize corner glass views. Three of the floor plates are dedicated to condominiums, while one is designated as a serviced apartment managed by La Clef. The tower is elegantly positioned with a 10-degree rotation from the podium, promoting dynamic interaction with the surrounding environment.
