Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
• 2–5 years of professional experience
• Proficient in SketchUp for 3D modeling and D5 Render for visualization
• Strong skills in 3D Rendering and Architectural Visualization
• Creative, detail-oriented, and design-oriented
• Well-organized with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Experience in condominium and hospitality projects will be considered an advantage

คุณสมบัติ
• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2–5 ปี
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SketchUp และ D5 Rendering สำหรับงาน 3D Modeling ได้
• มีทักษะด้าน 3D Rendering และ Architectural Visualization เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด และมีทักษะด้านการออกแบบ
• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีม และบริหารจัดการงานได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบโครงการคอนโดมิเนียมและโรงแรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
