This project transforms the existing living room and home theater on the ground floor into a new suite for the homeowners, who are elderly and experiencing health issues. The redesigned space includes two bedrooms, foyer with a pantry, and an enlarged bathroom for easier access. The owners have relocated from their upstairs bedroom to this newly arranged suite designed for comfort and convenience.
The interior design focuses on creating a soft and warm atmosphere through gentle forms, natural tones, and carefully designed lighting. Materials were thoughtfully selected for their tactile comfort and safety, ensuring a pleasant and secure environment for senior living.

The redesign prioritizes open and connected living spaces to align with the homeowner's modern lifestyle. The interior reflects a contemporary Eastern style, seamlessly weaving together stories from the homeowner’s heritage through vintage furniture, antiques, and cherished heirlooms. These pieces are thoughtfully integrated with modern design elements and materials, creating a harmonious balance. The result is a living space that not only enhances functionality but also highlights the beauty and sentimental value of the curated collections.

A palette of white, grey, black, and navy brings balance and sophistication while maintaining a cozy feel. Each bedroom reflects the unique preferences of the owners, blending seamlessly with the overall design. Smart storage solutions were hidden throughout to maximize space and maintain a clean, streamlined appearance.

Architectural and interior design work for a two-story house with three bedrooms in Bangkok. The house was newly constructed on the original land after demolishing the old house that the owner had lived in since birth.
Apart from carefully considering the appropriate orientation of the house. Both Exterior and Interior Design is placed on achieving balance and composition in arranging the mass and form, resulting in Asymmetry Balance. The interior design highlights the harmonious blending of color tones, incorporating various textures and materials that, despite their differences, create a cohesive overall look.
Certain parts of the house aim to preserve fond memories of the old home. This is achieved by transferring these memories through materials, functionality, or by refurbishing and repurposing some old furniture. The goal is to create new and lasting memories while maintaining a connection to the past."
