Onibus Coffee at Dusit Central Park

ในญี่ปุ่น ONIBUS COFFEE คือชื่อที่คนรักกาแฟพิเศษต่างรู้จักดี ทุกสาขาหน้าตาไม่เหมือนกัน แต่กลับมีสิ่งเดียวกัน คือความตั้งใจที่จะทำให้บรรยากาศของร้านกลายเป็นรสชาติอีกชั้นของกาแฟ

การขยายสาขาที่ 2 ในไทยมาพร้อมคำถามท้าทายว่า ถ้า ONIBUS อยู่กลางห้างใหญ่อย่าง Dusit Central Park จะยังเป็นตัวเองได้หรือไม่

The Cloud ชวนไปสำรวจเบื้องหลังการทำงานแบบงานกลุ่มที่ทุกองค์ประกอบตั้งแต่บาร์วงรีสีผลเชอร์รี โต๊ะไม้ที่คุณลุงวัย 70 กว่าทำให้ ไปจนถึงแก้วดินเผาปั้นมือจากช่างในเยาวราช ต่างถูกเลือกมาเพื่อตีความรสซับซ้อนของกาแฟพิเศษให้ออกมาเป็นประสบการณ์ในร้าน
