Site visited at Nichada
Our project continues to progress smoothly, and we’re getting closer to the finish line. In less than two months, this space will be ready to welcome its new chapter.

Pilates24
At Pilates24, tucked into Sukhumvit Soi 24, the walls don't just divide space. curtains take their place instead, softening every edge and letting daylight shift in weight throughout the day. Timber flooring and low, considered lighting turn the studio into something quieter than a workout space: a room that slows the body down before it asks anything of it.
Zoning here isn't about separation so much as calibration. enough privacy to feel held, without ever losing the thread of the whole. Each corner carries its own texture of light and material, yet none of them break from the other. Studio Peace designed Pilates24 to be less a facility and more a threshold. somewhere the body arrives to rest before it moves.

Nichada casa II - Pakkret, Nonthaburi.
What does it mean to call something a home, if it makes you forget you're in one? This private residence doesn't fight the heat of the tropics, it negotiates with it. Glass that filters light instead of blocking it. Wood that holds warmth instead of resisting it. The house quietly interrogates the line between rest and residence, until that line stops mattering.
The timber ceiling in the bedroom isn't there to conceal structure. It's a surface that shifts the room's status, from a place to sleep into a place to breathe. Perhaps the real question isn't whether a home should feel like a resort, but why we ever separated the two words in the first place.
บ้านพักอาศัยส่วนตัวแห่งนี้ไม่ได้พยายามเอาชนะความร้อนของเขตร้อนชื้น กระจกที่กรองแสงแทนการกั้นมันออก ไม้ที่อมความร้อนไว้ เป็นบ้านที่ตั้งคำถามกับเส้นแบ่งระหว่าง "พักผ่อน" กับ "อยู่อาศัย" จนเส้นนั้นเริ่มจางลง
ฝ้าเพดานไม้ในห้องนอนไม่ได้ทำหน้าที่แค่ปิดบังโครงสร้าง มันคือผิวสัมผัสที่เปลี่ยนสถานะของพื้นที่ จากที่ที่ใช้นอน ให้กลายเป็นที่ที่ใช้หายใจ บางทีคำถามที่แท้จริงไม่ใช่ว่าบ้านควรให้ความรู้สึกแบบรีสอร์ทหรือไม่ แต่คือทำไมเราถึงต้องแยกสองคำนั้นออกจากกันตั้งแต่แรก

RAY STUDIO COFFEE
The brief wasn't a coffee shop it was a place to breathe, inside a hospital.
We started with a single question: what kind of space makes people forget where they are? The answer wasn't in the decoration. It was in the light, natural light drawn in through carefully placed openings, and Barrisol diffusing it evenly across the ceiling. No harsh shadows. No tension. Just a room that feels like it's exhaling.
Travertine grounds the floor with weight and coolness. Wood brings warmth back. Two materials that never age, and never try too hard, working quietly together the way good design should.

Japanese Yakiniku Restaurant, Bangkok
The design draws from the bones of traditional Japanese architecture: exposed timber framing that works as both structure and visual anchor, off-white textured walls that let the wood rest without competition, and a counter built from stacked timber slats that draws the eye without demanding attention. Above it, a large beef-cut diagram in deep crimson hangs at an angle — the one element in the room that's allowed to be loud. Everything else holds its ground quietly.

A dated condominium in central Bangkok, reconsidered from the inside out. Solid timber flooring establishes the thermal and visual anchor of the scheme — its warmth held in deliberate tension with a palette of red and blue-grey that punctuates without overwhelming. The interventions are precise. The atmosphere, unmistakably personal.
