Floor Area: 270sq.m.

Na Layan House, situated near Layan Beach in Cherngtalay, Phuket, is a two-story residential project that features a living area, dining area, workspace, two bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Additionally, the house will serve as a private chef's table restaurant.

The owner's vision includes a spacious, airy living area that remains comfortable without air conditioning while ensuring privacy.
The first floor is designed as an open-plan space with a high ceiling, seamlessly connecting the living and dining areas.

A striking spiral staircase links the first and second floors, while a separate guest entrance enhances the owners' privacy.

The house boasts a gable roof, ideal for Phuket's tropical climate, and incorporates elements of Chino-Portuguese architecture.
