Septic tank, tree removal and a concreted driveway in Maenam 🚜

Septic rings dug in, set to level and connected; unwanted trees taken out with their roots, so the ground doesn't settle later.

For the driveway we opened up the old surface first instead of assuming. The base was weak — pour on top of that and it cracks in a couple of seasons. Laid a beam, reinforced the base properly: now it takes a loaded truck, not just a car.

Site leveling for 7 villas in Bo Put — 3 days instead of 2 weeks 🚜

The client came with a plan already made: hire one excavator for two weeks. We ran the numbers with him first.

An excavator working alone on a job this size spends more time shuffling soil than digging — cut, swing, carry, tip, come back, repeat. All of it billed by the hour, very little of it productive. So we sent three machines as one crew: the excavator only digs, the dump truck carries the soil straight to where it's needed, the tractor grades behind it. Nobody waits for anybody.

Three machines for three days came out cheaper than one excavator for two weeks. Cut soil off the high side, filled the low side with it, formed a clean slope along the boundary, and graded with gentle falls — a perfectly flat pad just holds water come rainy season.

Waste clearance in Plai Laem — one day 🚜

Construction offcuts, old household junk, weeds growing over the top. By hand it's a week of unpleasant work; with a compact Yanmar and a six-wheel truck it's one shift — everything loaded, hauled to the landfill and disposed of properly, surface graded at the end. Client signed off the same evening.

Septic tanks, utilities and site leveling in Maenam 🚜
Villas already finished, landscaping done, trees in the ground — and still needing septic tanks, a sewer connection and the grounds leveled. Big machinery here means damaging something, guaranteed.
We used a compact 3-tonne Yanmar: fits between buildings, digs right up against walls, needs no room to turn. Tanks in, trenches cut and laid, fill brought in with our own truck, surface graded for runoff. Done in 3 days — nothing built or planted got touched.
