AZO global solutions is a leading company in telecommunciation services in France.
We are excited now to launch a new branch in Los Angeles. Be part of a winning team. You will have
an important role in building a bridge between AZO global solutions as a life insurance broker
agency in California, and AZO global solutions as a lead provider and as a call center. Both
businesses will work closely together. We& #39;re now hiring a Executive Secretary to help us
achieve this goal.
Qualifications
• A minimum experience of two years is required in a job which included administrative
support.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to work with and analyze
data from various systems.
•Organized, self-motivated person who can work independently and
follow through on tasks to completion
•Must be able to interface well all areas
of the Company while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
• Undergraduate degree preferred / currently enrolled students are welcome to apply
• An experience with providing administrative support to Executive and/or Senior leaders is
required
•Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to work with and analyze data from various
systems. Knowledge of financial systems and databases is considered a plus.
• Organized, self-motivated person who can work independently and follow through on
tasks to completion.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage many tasks, and work under tight
deadlines with occasional overtime required.
• Must be able to interface well with senior management and all areas of the Company while
maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
Responsibilities
•The role will provide executive administrative support to the top executive and
to insurance agents.
•Provide administrative support to include telephone coverage,
managing schedules/calendars, and meeting set-up
•Develop presentations and reports to Senior Management covering
a variety of strategic and operational topics
•Develop and deliver monthly reports on key performance and
business metrics
•Coordinate and participate in the preparation of reports and
