A Landmark Signing for Libya's Energy Future

DEHA TECH Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is proud to announce the signing of the EPC contract for the Sirte Fuel Terminal Project, one of Libya's largest fuel-sector investments, with the National Development Agency (NDA).

The contract was signed in Benghazi by NDA Director General Dr. Mahmud Milad F***j Elforjani and DEHA TECH Chairman Berk Dal, in the presence of the Libyan Minister of Industry.

Delivered under the umbrella of the strategic projects programme within Libya Vision 2030, the project will provide a lasting solution to fuel supply challenges in Libya's central and southern regions through:

– Modern gasoline and diesel storage facilities built to international standards
– A fully integrated receiving, storage, pumping and distribution system
– Increased national storage capacity and a strategic fuel reserve
– Support for transport, trade and economic activity across the country

The project reinforces Sirte's role as a pivotal logistics hub serving all of Libya.

We thank the National Development Agency for their trust and partnership. DEHA TECH is honoured to contribute to Libya's energy security and infrastructure development.

توقيع تاريخي لمستقبل الطاقة في ليبيا

تفخر شركة DEHA TECH Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş. بالإعلان عن توقيع عقد الهندسة والتوريد والإنشاء (EPC) لمشروع محطة سرت للوقود، أحد أكبر الاستثمارات في قطاع الوقود في ليبيا، مع الجهاز الوطني للتنمية.

وقد جرى التوقيع في مدينة بنغازي بين مدير عام الجهاز الوطني للتنمية د. محمود ميلاد ف*ج الف*جاني، ورئيس مجلس إدارة DEHA TECH السيد بيرك دال، بحضور وزير الصناعة الليبي.

ويأتي المشروع ضمن برنامج المشاريع الاستراتيجية لرؤية ليبيا 2030، ليقدّم حلاً دائماً لتحديات إمداد الوقود في المنطقتين الوسطى والجنوبية من ليبيا، من خلال:

– منشآت حديثة لتخزين البنزين والديزل وفق المعايير الدولية
– منظومة متكاملة للاستلام والتخزين والضخ والتوزيع
– زيادة السعة التخزينية الوطنية وتكوين احتياطي استراتيجي من الوقود
– دعم قطاعات النقل والتجارة والنشاط الاقتصادي في عموم البلاد

بما يعزّز دور سرت كمركز لوجستي محوري يخدم كافة أنحاء ليبيا.

نتقدّم بالشكر إلى الجهاز الوطني للتنمية على ثقته وشراكته، وتعتزّ DEHA TECH بالمساهمة في أمن الطاقة وتطوير البنية التحتية في ليبيا.

Libya'nın Enerji Geleceği İçin Tarihi Bir İmza

DEHA TECH Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Libya'nın yakıt sektöründeki en büyük yatırımlarından biri olan Sirte Yakıt Terminali Projesi'nin EPC sözleşmesini Ulusal Kalkınma Ajansı (NDA) ile imzaladığını duyurmaktan gurur duyar.

Sözleşme, Bingazi'de NDA Genel Direktörü Dr. Mahmud Milad F***j Elforjani ile DEHA TECH Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Berk Dal tarafından, Libya Sanayi Bakanı'nın huzurunda imzalanmıştır.

Libya Vizyon 2030 kapsamındaki stratejik projeler programı çatısı altında hayata geçirilecek proje, Libya'nın orta ve güney bölgelerindeki yakıt tedarik sorunlarına kalıcı bir çözüm sunacaktır:

– Uluslararası standartlarda modern benzin ve dizel depolama tesisleri
– Tam entegre alım, depolama, pompaj ve dağıtım sistemi
– Artan ulusal depolama kapasitesi ve stratejik yakıt rezervi
– Ülke genelinde ulaşım, ticaret ve ekonomik faaliyete destek

Proje, Sirte'nin tüm Libya'ya hizmet veren kilit lojistik merkezi konumunu güçlendirecektir.
