"L’Art de Vivre Moderne" reflects "The Art of Modern Living". This project presents a harmonious blend of classical French architecture and contemporary design, creating a refined yet inviting apartment retreat. The concept combines ornate historical details with modern furniture and artistic accents, resulting in a space that feels timeless yet fresh. The apartment includes a bedroom suite, a cozy living area, a small kitchen, and supporting spaces—all unified under the same design philosophy.
This apartment embodies the idea of modern living within a classical shell—functional, visually rich, and deeply inviting.
Our goal was to create a space that feels like a dialogue between past and present, celebrating comfort, art, and timeless elegance.

امسال تولدم برعكس سال‌های گذشته
نه منتظر دسته گل و كادوهای آنچنانی بودم؛
نه منتظر سورپرايز تولد و شلوغی و مهمونی
نه منتظر اينكه ببينم كی‌ اولين نفر به يادمه؛
نه نشسته بودم گوش به زنگ
كه ببينم كي يادش رفته!
نه منتظر بودم كسی خوشحالم كنه،نه دنبال بهونه كه از دست كسي بخوام ناراحت شم.
امسال براي اولين بار احساس كردم يكم بزرگتر شدم. انگاری بيشتر ميفهمم بيشتر درک ميكنم بيشتر به آدم‌ها حق ميدم، کمتر ازشون انتظار دارم، و بيشتر از خودم توقع دارم تا بقيه.

سالي كه گذشت برام سال نه خیلی آسونه آسون اما کم بالا پایین نداشت،
خيلي صبح هاش تا شب با فكر و خيال سر شد؛
خيلي شبهاش تا صبح با سختی گذشت.
ولي تموم همين سختياش شاید باعث شد جايی باشم
كه الان وايسادم،
تو نقطه اي از زندگيم باشم كه الان هستم.
تینایی باشم كه امروز تبديل شدم بهش.

امروزم رو جشن ميگيرم چون تبديل به آدمي آگاه تر قوي تر با انگيزه تر مستقل تر و فهميده تر از پارسالم شدم.

"Pure Aesthetic" in interior minimal design focuses on creating a space that emphasizes simplicity, clean lines, and a harmonious color palette.
Layout, materials, proper lighting, and access to a suitable view are important features of this project. Access to these elements has been achieved by removing unnecessary walls and designing in an open floor plan, instead trying to separate the spaces with other elements to make the spaces appear larger and more open, including:
1. The use of large openings help provide appropriate visual access to the outside and guide light into the interior.
2. To spatially differentiate the spaces, various materials and furniture have been used as boundaries between the spaces, without the need for separate partitioning walls, to divide and separate the interior spaces of the home.
Additionally, to enhance the beauty of the space, a smart combination of different tones of materials such as stone, glass, and wood with a suitable color selection has been used, in order to bring life and warmth to the environment, instead of a colorless and monotonous space.
This design style aims to achieve a serene and elegant environment by eliminating unnecessary elements and focusing on essential aspects. Here are some key features and tips for achieving "Pure Aesthetic" in a minimal interior design:

This could result as a living area with a floor of light beige cement and walls of smooth micro cement. One wall is left exposed, revealing its rocky texture, becoming a striking focal point. Sepid House
Is located in Mazandaran province in Noshahr.
As it known Sepid means white. The reason for using this word was that 99% of the materials used in this villa were white in order to make the spatial connection between inside and outside in such a way that the sense of outside is transferred to inside.
White is a color that can be seen as a combination of all the colors of the spectrum.
White color is considered positive, bright and exciting.
This house is designed in 3 floors;
The ground floor includes the entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen and the greenhouse is located next to the staircase.
On the first floor, small office is designed next to the master bedroom, game room and and another 2 bedrooms are located on this floor.
And the third bedroom located on the Second floor.
Outside and behind the house, there is a kitchen and barbeque and a semi-open space living room in near of it, which has a private access from the parking area directly and through a corridor designed for it. Next, there is a dining room, swimming pool and fire place on the ground floor, and on the first floor, a living and playing area is designed outside the house.
The important points that have been taken into consideration in desiging the project;
Simple and compact design that brings a sense of comfort to the home
Allocating a space to convey the sense of nature in the house, along with the design of wide, tall glass and a ceiling to deal with nature.
Considering the work room in a cozy and quiet place in the plan.
And finally, in the design of this house, the idea of more to less has been considered;
So that, at the same time, the solid volume of the house has been played with, so that we have large spaces on the ground floor, and the next 2 floors of the uses are divided, and only one space on the last floor is specially designed.
In the design of this villa, it was tried to follow the minimal style.

راستش این دنیا هیچ چیز جذابی نداره، یعنی آدم کلی خواسته و آرزو داره و وقتی به چندتاشون میرسه و می‌بینه که همچین آش دهن‏‌سوزی هم نبودن، می‏‌فهمه که ته رسیدن به همه آرزوهای دنیا همینه.
نه که بخوام بگم من دل کندم از دنیا یا نمی‏‌خوام به آرزوهام برسم.
شاید از خیلی‏‌ها هم بیشتر براشون تلاش می‏کنم.
ولی یه چیزی که فهمیدم اینه که "راه" رسیدن به اهداف، از رسیدن بهشون شیرین‏‌تره.
ولی همه چیز این دنیا توی نظر من بی‌ارزش نیست.
وسط همه بدو‏بدو ها، خستگی ها، ناامیدی‏‌ها و نرسیدن‏‌ها، یه چیزایی هست که آدم رو سرپا نگه میداره.
می‌کشونه با خودش برای تلاش بیشتر.
مثل همین نگاه.
همین لبخند.
بودن آدم‏هایی که وقتی کنارت هستن، وجودت لبریز از عشق میشه.
و این رو با همه ذرات وجودت حس و جذب می‏‌کنی.
زندگی چیه به غیر از همین لبخند‌ها
