Hello, I am Mustafa, our company exports to more than 40 countries and our products have certificates that are fully compliant with the EN 81-20 European elevator standards. We also have ISO documents and Module B certificates for 2025.
In our 2,000 m² production facility, we focus on the mechanical parts of elevators. The main parts we produce are:
Cabins, Cabin suspensions, Weight frames, Machine frames for MR and MRL systems, L frame and C frame carrier systems, Weight and cabin buffers.
All our mechanical parts are manufactured from laser-cut special design sheet metal with thicknesses ranging from 5 mm to 12 mm depending on the project. Our products are painted with electrostatic powder paint, oil paint is never used.
An electronic overload system is used as standard in our elevators, a mechanical system is not preferred.
Our rails are offered as standard as Monteferro B class of Italian origin.
We produce our consoles in 5 mm and 7 mm thicknesses in our own structure and send them as ready-made sets specific to the project.
Control panels created with Arkel cards are used in electronic components; Schneider contactors are preferred in these panels.
All our cables are 100% copper. Cables containing alloy or mixed metal (for example aluminum additive) are never used, because these types of cables cause breakage and transmission problems over time.
We use BT EYES LIDAR SENSOR 360° as a photocell. This system provides both ease of installation and allows radar settings to be easily made with a special mobile application.
