A conceptual residential development designed for one of our clients in Syria, consisting of 6 residential buildings. Each building includes a ground floor + 5 upper levels with a total of 54 apartments per building, resulting in 324 residential units across the development.
The project utilizes a precast concrete Double-Tee system, helping to achieve faster construction, improved fabrication quality, and reduced on-site labor and construction work compared with conventional building methods.

تصميم مبدأي لمجمع سكني تم تطويره لصالح أحد عملائنا في سوريا، ويتكون من 6 مبانٍ سكنية، كل مبنى طابق أرضي + 5 طوابق وبإجمالي 54 شقة لكل مبنى، أي 324 وحدة سكنية ضمن المشروع.
يعتمد المشروع على نظام الخرسانة مسبقة الصنع (Precast Concrete) بنظام Double-Tee، ما يساهم في تسريع التنفيذ، تحسين جودة التصنيع، وتقليل الأعمال والعمالة في الموقع مقارنة بطرق البناء التقليدية.
