General maintenance for any property that exceeds 4 hours work but not exceeding 8 hours to completion would be considered as a 1 day job (at a minimum according to job size and crew size needed for completion of given tasks within that day)
Rate per worker with tool on such site $500.
Number of workers/days to be determined based on the quantum and complexity of work to be achieved.
For example 4 men on one job that takes them from 10 am to 3 pm to complete set tasks would cost $2000.
4 men on one job that takes from 9 am to 5 pm to complete set tasks would cost $2000.
If set tasks exceed that time as predetermined then the job will roll Into another day.
If the set tasks are not accomplished then it would be our responsibility to complete such without further cost to the client.
If the set tasks are not accomplished due to changes or additions made by the client then compensations for such would be determined by the nature of such.
Standard spraying jobs (inclusive of chemicals) for fungal/insecticidal or some weedicide treatments $300 per first can with a depreciating rate of 20% of that price on each can thereafter (1st can $300 second can $540 third $730 fourth $885 etc.)
Other spray job requiring more sensitive or selective chemicals would have a cost determined by the nature of such (for workmen and work site preparations where necessary for use of such chemicals as well as the cost for such special chemicals.)
For full maintenance jobs where customers are already paying a day rate for workmen with tool, only the chemical costs would be added to the job cost.
Fertilizing would be calculated based on the retail cost of the specific fertilizer required.
All debris made and collected would be bagged in the appropriate bags (provided by the customer or in bags supplied by us at a discussed cost) and placed for disposal at any point on the property agreed by the customer.
Any cartage of debris would be paid for by the customer (with the determination of such price made in accordance with the amount of such debris and the vehicle and man power required for the removal of such).
Rostered jobs that are delayed by us would be completed (predetermined tasks already set) at no further cost to the customer where the completion time for the set tasks have been increased due to our delay.
Jobs that are delayed by the customer resulting in an increased completion time from the previously estimated time to complete set tasks, would be completed in the appropriate time needed for such tasks to be completed and costs borne by that customer.
This is an average rate schedule to maintain equity between us and new or existing customers and applicable by anyone acting on our behalf.
Final adjustments, discounts, rates and overall costs would always be made with clients prior to any works being commenced.
