This Proposed one storey multi- family residence will consist of three (3) three-bedroom units:

In case of fire the occupants escape route is via a protected hall rather than through an inner room, equip with sound and light fire warning strobe siren.
๐๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ญ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ: - will be placed in all kitchen areas to identify potential fires based on rapid temperature changes or exceeding a pre-set threshold.

The premises will be served with a separate plumbing system. Soil waste will dispose into septic tank. Waste water from showers, kitchen sinks, face basins and washers will drain into the soakaway. Soil/waste pipes will be located in chase wall and not visible on the facade.
๐๐ข๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ : - VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning system is proposed to maximize running cost for the life cycle of the building. With this the facade will remain disrupted from the appearance of too many condensers placed randomly.

Provisions will be made for five (5) car parking spaces inclusive of visitor's parking within the curtilage of the site (one car parking space for each dwelling unit and one visitor's car parking space for every two dwelling units.) to allow for the circulation and parking and to enable vehicles to enter and leave the site in a forward direction.
