Blending clean lines with rustic touches like timber posts, stone details, and warm finishes, these homes are built to feel inviting inside and out.

🌳 Serengeti Interpretive Centre

Inspired by the acacia trees around it, this centre disappears into the landscape with a canopy-style shading system and dappled light filtering through roof openings — just like sunlight through tree leaves.

Rooted in the concept of trees, it blends seamlessly into its environment, honoring the Serengeti without disrupting it.

A tiny, cozy home designed for a creative spirit. Compact rooms, low ceilings, and unique nooks make it feel warm and inviting — never empty or overwhelming.

Built with concrete, eucalyptus poles, and steel windows, blending local materials and simple finishes with a bold, “living on the edge” vibe.

Kafika House ✨
A sanctuary of healing, care, and design.

Currently under construction in Arusha, this 4000sqm pediatric rehab center will serve over 3,000 children annually—providing pre- and post-operative care for surgically correctable disabilities.

Designed with sustainability and culture at its core, Kafika House features rammed earth walls, African design elements, and dedicated spaces for surgery, rehab, and recovery.

More than a building—it's a home, a safe space, and a symbol of hope.
