We are the sole representatives for Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Company of China in Tanzania and all countries with common boarders with Tanzania (Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Malawi, Zambia and Zaire) including the Republic of Angola. We supply, install, test, commission and provide after sales service for Mitsubishi elevators, escalators, conveyors, walkways, automatic voltage stabilizers and emergency landing devices. The elevators range from the latest machine room less or with the mini-machine room, observation lifts, hospital bed lifts, passenger and freight lifts, dumbwaiters etc. There is a wide range of selection for the car interior panels, the car and hall call stations to suit the entire basic requirement for any building. We also service and maintain non Mitsubishi Elevators & Escalators of any brand like Otis, Schindler, Kone etc and we guarantee availability of backup spare parts from various lift manufacturers in China and Europe. Spare parts may be dispatched by air from the suppliers in China or Europe and received here in Tanzania within thirty six to seventy two hours. Our technical team comprise of fifteen local and Chinese engineers & technicians with remarkable experience of more than ten years in the elevator industry. The Chinese experts are providing in job training for the Tanzanian technicians and mechanics on proper ways of carrying out lifts installation, testing, commissioning, trouble shooting, repair and maintenance in accordance with Shanghai Mitsubishi Standards complying to the International Standards like European Norm EN 81 and British Standard BS 5655. The Company owns various types of construction equipment and tools including but not necessarily limited to: 2 tons Toyota Dyna pick up, one ton single cabin Toyota Hilux pick up, one Mark II saloon car, one Toyota Prado, two saloon Toyota Zotye, Toyota Minibus, drilling machines, angle grinders, welding machines, chain blocks, safety gear and assortment of spanners, screw drivers, files, cutting discs, drill bits, measuring instruments, etc. Our technical staff is available 24 hours a day with mobile phones ready to provide normal and standby services to all our esteemed customers and clients. We have opened a station in Arusha to serve our clients and customers in the Northern Zone more efficiently.
