USDM team completed a modern semi-detached house in France with a total area of 175 m².

The building includes two residential units, each with 87 m² of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen with a living area of 32.1 m². In addition, a carport with an area of 39.6 m² was built.

The scope of work included planning, production, and construction coordination.

USDM Experience. 234 m2 residential house near Stockholm.

234 m² residential project was successfully completed near Stockholm. This custom project was realized in five months (including project planning, production and construction).

USDM, has developed this project from scratch to fulfill all individual needs and wishes of the client. Prepared architectural plannings, electrical and plumbing plannings, static calculations with timber elements construction documentation. CLT panels for the load bearing walls were used to ensure even greater structural stability of the building in the demanding Swedish climate.

Accordingly to developed project documentation, USDM produced the timber frame-panels and ensured the on-site construction in cooperation with local partners and contractors in Sweden.
