This is my 2nd design for this client in eastern Africa. (Thank you for your trust)
I designed their apartment cost friendly with maximum usage in the land. The pictures are for living room and kitchen and dinning of 3 bedrooms unit. I will share the rest of the design and 3d visualization video in the future (after the start of construction).

I designed this warehouse (architectural, 3d) and I was part of construction team for a customer in eastern Africa.

it was a pleasure and it bring back lots of good memories from long time ago.
I am an architect, but I start my journey by working in a big civil company after finishing high school and I worked in projects such as tunnel, dam, ETC. and it helped and guide me a lot in my way.

I designed this job for a customer in eastern Africa. They bought a half built apartment and changed it to a hotel, so they asked me to upgrade the place with interior design.
I added stone waterfall for walls under a sky light, and an enclosed glass rainfall to cover open space next to elevator. They had already finished the floors so I couldn't change them, so I picked 4 different wood colors and designed the interiors, furnitures, and made all the rooms fully automatic. Lights, TV speakers, and doors are controllable by one fixed tablet at entrance and one movable tablet.
