This project had a serious challenge —
the structure was not square.
And when that happens, most people start guessing…
cutting, adjusting, breaking, redoing.
That’s not how we work.
👉 We don’t make and break. We diagnose first.
On this project, we used drawings and layout lines to clearly identify where the problem was coming from — not just in the roof, but in the structure itself.
Once you understand the problem properly,
the solution becomes clean and controlled.
🔨 What we executed:
• Diagnosed and corrected a non-square structure
• Used layout drawings to guide accurate alignment
• No trial and error — every step planned
• Custom carved eaves shaped on-site from pine timber
• Installed Wrinkle Supertile from Roofings Ltd
The client bought materials in phases, so we worked with standard 10ft sheets and had to join them.
But here’s the difference:
👉 Even with joints, the roof looks continuous and clean.
No visible struggle. No shortcuts.

On this project, we identified the real causes of the leakage:
Worn-out and failed J-bolts on an aging roof structure
Open ridge lines allowing water to pass through
Our solution was simple but effective: ✔️ Each J-bolt was reinforced and sealed using high-quality outdoor structural black silicone
✔️ Added cotton inside for extra durability and long-term hold
✔️ Ridge openings were properly sealed using foam to block all water entry points
Result?
✅ No more leaks
✅ Extended roof life
✅ Client protected from further damage
This is not just a fix — it’s a smart way to buy time before a full roof replacement is needed.

We can now bend plain sheets on site into custom wall flashings and valleys.

This house had a leak at the wall joint.
We ordered a full-length plain sheet,
matched the same colour as the iron sheets,
then bent it to our own design on site.
✔ Correct overlap
✔ Proper flashing
✔ Permanent solution
⚠️ This is impossible with factory wall flashings — they come in fixed sizes.
At UgRoofers, we don’t use mortar to fight water.
We use proper detailing.
