Located in Goma - DR Congo, the building is an addition to an existing residential project. The brief was to utilize the space above a Driveway which provides nice views toward the Lake on the Southern side of the site. The challenge of this conception was mainly centred on maximizing space to avoid dead zones in the layout.

Located in Goma- DR Congo, the site context offered a possibility to design a building concept that would accommodate six families in 2 bedroom apartments on three floors. The composition is then complimented with a roof terrace that serves both functions of laundry activities and relaxation area, enjoying the stunning views around the neighbourhood.
