Metro Cement joins the people of Tooro and all Ugandans in mourning the passing of His Majesty, the Omukama of Tooro, King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV.

His Majesty leaves behind a legacy deeply woven into the cultural heritage and identity of the Tooro Kingdom, and a commitment to preserving the traditions that continue to enrich Uganda's diverse cultural story.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family, the people of Tooro Kingdom and all those mourning this immense loss.

Last week, Metro Cement joined partners and stakeholders at the Annual Muslim Run 2026 Press Conference held at Hotel Africana.
