Roofing Sales Rep

— Uncapped Earnings
We're JWE Remodeling and Roofing, a family-owned insurance restoration roofing company. We handle the paperwork, the public adjuster relationship, and the production crews — you handle the doors.
**Service area:** We're licensed and operating in Pennsylvania and Maryland only. Candidates should be based in or willing to canvass within these states.
**What you'll do:**
- Canvass neighborhoods and identify homes with roof damage
- Inspect roofs and document damage
- Help homeowners understand and start the insurance claims process
- Get the contract signed
**What we provide:**
- Licensed public adjuster support for every claim
- Reliable subcontractor crews so jobs get done right and on time
- Marketing materials, contracts, and training
**Pay:** up to 10% commission on closed/paid jobs. Average roof replacement runs $12,000-$20,000 — do the math on a few closes a month.
**Who we want:** Self-starters, comfortable knocking doors, good with people, prior roofing/home improvement sales experience a plus but not required — we'll train the right person.
