T.A.P.’s Landscaping Inc. is an always growing Landscape company located in Harford County. We here at T.A.P.’s, are looking to add dedicated team members to our Staff.
We are currently hiring for the positions of Crew Leader and Laborers in our Commercial Maintenance and Landscaping Divisions.
Crew Leader (Landscaping and/or Commercial Maintenance)
Crew Leader responsibilities to include, but not limited to;
•Daily checks of all equipment needed for the day
•Driving trucks and trailers to and from job sites
•Ensuring crew members are doing their job efficiently and up to the T.A.P.’s Standard
•Following directions given by Managers
Applicants applying for the Crew Leader position must have the following;
•Valid Driver’s License
•Be 18 years of Age or Older
•Own transportation to and from the shop everyday
•Have experience and Knowledge in the Commercial Maintenance or Landscaping field(s)
•Be able to work with teams of 1-3 other crew members
•Applicants must be DRUG FREE and will be required to pay for a drug test
•Be able to work fluctuating hours 5-6 days a week
•Understand there is NO smoking on job sites or in TAP’s vehicles
•Starting Pay for Crew Leader is $16.00/hr (Negotiable with experience and references)
Laborer (Landscaping, Commercial and Residential Maintenance)
Laborer responsibilities to include, but not limited to;
•Assisting in Daily checks or all equipment needed for the day
•Following directions given by crew leaders and managers
Applicants applying for the Laborer position must have the following;
•Transportation to and from the shop everyday
•Be 18 years of Age or Older
•Be able to follow directions and work well with other team members
•Applicants must be drug free
•Understand there is NO smoking on job sites or in TAP’s vehicles
•Be able to work fluctuating hours 5-6 days a week
•Experience is not required in Landscaping or Maintenance, but is preferred
•Starting Pay for Laborer is $12.00/hr (Negotiable with experience and references)
