**A MESSAGE TO OUR COMMUNITY**
Because of the recent discussion circulating on social media regarding the Big Country Home Builders Association, we want to make BRO Custom Homes’ position clear.
In June 2022, we became aware of information that raised serious concerns regarding an individual being promoted in connection with the Parade of Homes. Families throughout our community were being encouraged to attend the event, and we believed those concerns deserved to be taken seriously.
We brought the matter directly to the leadership of the Big Country HBA at that time.
After seeing how the situation was handled, we made the decision to voluntarily relinquish our membership in 2022.
**BRO CUSTOM HOMES HAS NOT BEEN A MEMBER OF THE BIG COUNTRY HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION SINCE 2022.**
We are not affiliated with the organization, and we do not support or represent the organization.
Our decision was made years ago and was guided by the same values and standards that continue to guide our company today.
For us, earning the trust of the families we build for means more than building a beautiful home. It means integrity, transparency, and being willing to stand behind what we believe is right, even when doing so is uncomfortable.
Because this issue has resurfaced publicly, we felt it was important for our homeowners, homebuyers, vendors, contractors, trade partners, and community to hear directly from us.
Our values and standards have always guided where we choose to stand.
Thank you to the families who continue to place their trust in BRO Custom Homes. We do not take that trust lightly.
