Today was a special milestone for Bunton Roofing Company as we celebrated the ribbon cutting of our new location at 4825 Hill Street in Abilene with the Abilene Chamber of Commerce Red Coats.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. Thank you to our family, friends, customers, vendors, and our amazing staff who made this day so meaningful.

How much hail does it take to damage a roof?

Not every storm totals your shingles. Insurance adjusters look for 8 to 10 hail bruises in a 10 foot by 10 foot area on multiple planes of the roof. Roof age and shingle type matter. Older laminate shingles are more likely to be damaged than Class 4 impact-resistant shingles.
