I hope this post finds you and your family doing as well as possible during the recent COVID-19 pandemic. We are concerned about the health of our society and the health of our economy. I wanted to share with you the measures we are taking to protect our employees and clients as we navigate this time.

All of our lawn technicians work on one-person crews. At this time, each technician is taking their temperature daily. If they have a temperature, they will not work until a doctor has cleared them. All of our work is outside, and we rarely need to meet with you onsite while we are doing your lawn. We would ask that you avoid meeting our technicians in person over the next few weeks. Our technicians take 4-8 pictures of your property with each visit so we can review the images and answer most questions through phone or email. Should a site visit be needed, our Lawn Foreman Tony and I will be available to visit and check any issues. We will be monitoring our temperatures daily too.

We have three goals during this time. First, we want to make sure that your lawn does not miss any critical treatments that are needed. You have invested in having a beautiful lawn, and we don't want you to lose that investment. Second, we want to keep our team working as much as possible. Like many of you, they are concerned about missing work and being able to take care of their families. Third, we want to be able to work with any client that has a hardship during this time. I can't tell you what that will look like, but I can tell you that we will look at each issue on a case by case basis and do everything in our power to work with you through this difficult time.
