⚡️Hey everyone! I hope everyone had a great holiday season, and a happy healthy start to the new year!

Hello everybody!
With the storm coming in with very high winds, obviously there’s a chance many people will be without power for different reasons. Unless you’ve used me before, and you have a generator interlock kit! As an electrician in town, I’d like to give some advice to hopefully help people get power back sooner. If the wires connected to your house, or the pipe that is holding the wires connected to your house, are detached- National grid will not hook power back up to you. They are only responsible for the street power. So if a tree takes the wires from your house, and you need the wires attached back to the house, please call and I will do my best to take care of it so that once National Grid takes care of the issues on their end, you won’t have a delay getting power back on at your house! This one was a head scratcher! The customer lost power in half of the house, usually meaning a bad connection, or a bad main breaker. After hours of troubleshooting this underground service 200’ away from the home, we were able to find this break in the pipe and repair it. A result of a careless contractor hitting the conduit when digging, and not fixing it at the time of damage. Job well done with the right crew involved!
