Baker Bi-Fold is always on call for your emergency repair needs. Two out of three motors were not functioning properly on this 100’x35’ door. After some repairs the circuit breakers were no longer tripping and the motor breaks could hold the doors weight again. Call or email today, the door is always open!

Got a call from Patco looking to install a 70’ x 24’ bi-fold door. First phase is done hanging the frame. Big thank you to Dustin Dwinal and his crew Titan Steel along with Cantara welding. We got this frame hung in a day and a half. Now it’s time to get it open!

This 60’x19’ cable driven bi-fold door was built in 2004. Baker’s Bi-Fold Services rebuilt this door for the Auburn-Lewiston airport. After a complete overhaul it’s running like new again!

When the ground freezes buildings will shift. With doors this size it can affect it from fully closing and going up out of level. Made some adjustments and added in routine maintenance. A door inspection was completed on this 55’x19’ bi-fold door in Lewiston, Maine. Cables adjusted to go up level. Limit switches set accordingly. Hinges greased. Closing locks adjusted. An overview of structural integrity and this door is ready for everyday use.

Another job completed for Life Flight Of Maine in Bangor, ME. This 94’x30’ bi-fold door had trouble staying closed when high winds came through. 6 manually operated wind pins (3 on each side) installed with toggle switches. When they’re engaged into the steel column the door won’t open. When the handle is released, disengaging the wind pins the door will be operable. With an additional 3 automatic winds pins installed at the base into the floor. Which will release when the door opens. This door won’t budge when storms roll through.
