💧 A busted main water line is stressful enough. Being left without water shouldn’t make it worse.

This homeowner had a main water line break under the crawl space of their rental Sunday night. Another plumbing company came out, helped with the water and shut it off — but after saying they’d return Monday, they never showed.

By Monday evening, the homeowner and their tenant were still without water. That’s when they called us. 🔧

We won’t name names or bash another business, but this isn’t the first time we’ve gotten this same phone call from a customer in need.

We may be a smaller, family-owned business, but we pride ourselves on honest pricing, good communication, showing up when we say we will, and doing what we say we’re going to do.

Because at the end of the day, integrity matters — and our word still means something.

Turns out being married does not automatically make you good at filming content together.

We tried to make a nice, professional “meet the owners” video.

Instead, you get us — forgetting what we’re supposed to say, giving each other a hard time, and me reminding Tim that maybe he should mention he’s a Master Plumber.

But honestly? This is probably a better introduction to My Plumber anyway.

We’re a husband-and-wife, family-owned business celebrating 10 years in business, backed by Tim’s 31 years in plumbing.
