It's a big moment for Michigan Milk and our DVCC team — Michigan Milk Producers Association 's Remus facility is in production making Cottage Cheese! Since July 2025, our team has worked to transform this 1880s structure into a state-of-the-art cottage cheese production plant. At the project's peak, we managed over 160 skilled tradespeople in a very tight site, meaning good communication, collaboration and solid leadership were key. Once fully operational, this facility will process approximately 1 million pounds of milk per day, and support dozens of new jobs. That's an impact to be proud of —and one more way we're committed to Building for Life.

Construction Safety Week is a good reminder of what matters most on every jobsite — the people.

At Dan Vos Construction Company, safety is an expectation, and we’re continuing to build stronger practices around it every day.

With the support of our Safety Director and a Safety Committee made up of team members from the field to leadership — bringing over 137 years of combined construction experience — we focus on continuous improvement, learning from the field, and looking out for one another. There's nothing quite like groundbreaking day! On Monday, we gathered with students, staff, families and community supporters of Dutton Christian School to celebrate the groundbreaking of Phase 3. This exciting new addition is part of a four-phase master plan designed and built by our team, and will add three much-needed classrooms and a larger gymnasium to this growing school. We’re grateful to be part of a project that supports growth today and invests in the future—Building for Life every step of the way!
