Erhardt Construction was proud to serve as Construction Manager for the new West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Grand Rapids’ Roosevelt Park neighborhood.

The new 12,160-square-foot facility brings together offices, meeting and event spaces, a training kitchen, and an outdoor community plaza—all designed to support collaboration, education, and business development in West Michigan.

More than a new headquarters, this space represents continued investment in the community and the people and businesses helping it grow.

We're proud to be building MacAllister Machinery's newest West Michigan development!

Situated on 51 acres, this exciting project includes five new buildings that will expand MacAllister Machinery's services across the region.

We're excited to help bring this vision to life and can't wait to share progress updates as the site continues to take shape.

We kicked off the morning at Crain's Grand Rapids Business State of West Michigan's Manufacturing Industry Breakfast. Erhardt Construction was invited to serve as the Industry Perspectives Partner and VP of Construction Operations, Marc Felt led an information panel discussion.

Read Muskegon's newly opened space features several incredible murals by Muralmatics, including this collaborative piece that invited participants, donors, and community partners to help bring it to life.

During a special paint-by-numbers event, our client invited guests who worked alongside the artist, adding their own brushstrokes to the artwork and becoming part of the creative process.
