Praise the Lord for the rain letting up for just a little while! We were able to connect with a homeowner about a compromised, sinking foundation on a small sectional wall. Got the separation joint cleaned out and it came right up, being held with an encapsulated jack while diverting water issues to prevent further settling and future adjustments!

After attempting to roll back a stem wall with little to no recovery, we decided to save what we could structurally and repour the wall while adding in 1 of 2 French drain systems on the north side of this home. Got to do a full tear out on a older home here locally in Ada! The home had old rotten floor joists, mud seal and some debris beneath the old floor; not a problem for the guys! Got the house leveled out on all new floor joists, mud seal and installed new subfloor!
