🚨 Ada Water Main Break Update 🚨

As water service is restored across Ada, you may notice low water pressure, cloudy water, air in your pipes, or sediment coming through your faucets. This is normal after a major water main break and repair.

Here are a few things you can do:

Flush your cold water lines. Start with the faucet closest to where your water enters the home and let the cold water run for 5–10 minutes, then repeat with other faucets until the water runs clear

Remove and rinse faucet aerators if your water flow seems restricted. Small bits of sediment can collect in the screen.

Limit hot water use at first. Flush the cold water lines before running hot water to help keep sediment out of your water heater.

Wait to wash white clothes until your water is clear to avoid possible staining from sediment.

Cloudy water is often just tiny air bubbles and should clear after sitting in a glass for a minute or two.

If your water remains discolored, your pressure doesn't improve after flushing, or you experience clogged fixtures, give Diamond Plumbing a call. We're happy to help get everything flowing normally again.
