Demo poorly done random width yellow pine flooring and 3/4” tile. Supply and replace it with the customers choice in a white oak 7” x 1/2” well made engineered product and install.

1100 of existing 2 1/4” red oak and (2) rooms of 3 1/4” red oak roughly 15 years old sanded down, stained and 3 coats of commercial water urethane finish.

950 square feet of 26 year old 2 1/4” red oak flooring that had some water damage and needed repairs. We sanded the entire floor it back to its original color and applied three coats of water base commercial finish.

Another beautiful job by my hard-working crew. 2700 ft.² of install new unfinished 4 inch mix of both select & better and number one common red oak. Sand,stain a mixture ofantique BROWN and Ebony 50-50 with three coats of satin sheen commercial water-based finish. As well as supplying and installing the main staircase. *Adamstown, Maryland.

Keep us in mind for your existing deck sand and re stain projects. The price of lumber is at a all time high and replacing will be costly. Repairs and re- staining or sealing is a option that will save thousands. Don Graham
