Our customer noticed a loud bang when she closed her garage door on her way out to work this morning. She didn’t think much of it until she got home and her garage door wouldn’t open. Rusted garage door bottom brackets are dangerous.
If of these brackets broke, the door would have gone off track and been stuck in an open and unsecured position. Even worse, it could have fallen on somebody or a vehicle.

Inspection of the bottom brackets is just one of the 25+ things we check every job we roll to.

In this scenario, our client opted in to go through with all of our suggestions. This included replacement of both bottom brackets, new cables, new rollers, and a new bottom door seal.
