Northgate Construction is proud to announce the completion of a large manufacturing facility for a confidential client in North Dallas. This project showcases the Class A quality and attention to detail that Northgate is known for while delivering within the industrial sector.
The build included a fully finished office environment featuring modern workspaces, conference rooms, training areas, break rooms, and new restrooms all designed for comfort, efficiency, and long-term durability.
What made this project truly special was the advanced manufacturing component. Northgate delivered complex MEP systems supporting specialized workstations with integrated exhaust, compressed air, water, and electrical solutions. The facility also features dedicated 3D printing areas and highly specialized manufacturing laboratories, each tailored to the client’s operational needs.
Working through a design-build partnership with Entos Design and AOS Engineering, LLC , our team collaborated closely with the client from concept through completion ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and a final product built to perform all while performing within an agressive schedule.
