Moore Construction is a full-service landscape design and construction firm. Our clients do business with us because they appreciate our personal service, design first approach and attention to detail. We take the appropriate steps without cutting any corners in order to ensure our clients receive a precision installation they the can be proud of for years to come. In keeping with prevailing architectural design principles, it is of paramount importance that flow of your design be as pleasing from the outside perspective as from the inside. Our design driven approach enables us to blend various textures, bed shapes, hardscape and other elements to create a transformation that is very intentional. Each assignment begins with a set of boundaries. It is within these limitations that landscaping and form design must work in harmony. We provide a team effort from beginning to end that contributes to the project's realization. Each staff member has a special area of expertise enhanced by a solid understanding of every phase of the development and construction process. The goal is to create innovative and distinguished environments that appear as natural extensions of their settings. Achieving this goal requires a depth of experience that comes from having created many projects, each requiring different solutions.

One of favorite gardens in Fort Worth. The original garden was designed by the historic landscape architecture firm Hare & Hare and revised by architect and landscape designer Ralph Duesing. Garden construction by M. M. Moore.

I am always amazed to find yet another local gem right under my nose! The Clark Gardens in Mineral Wells began as a labor of love in 1972 when Max and his late wife Billie sought to transform the harsh landscape into a beautiful garden. It was never meant for the public but is now a 35 acre garden destination! You won’t be disappointed! Stop in to historic Mineral Wells and get some Crazy Water while yer at it!

Oh and did you know that Charles Dilbeck designed the Rest Yourself River Ranch in 1946 overlooking the Brazos River in Mineral Wells?

Revisiting this custom water feature in Caruth Court we designed and built in 2019. Dallas Limestone carved the bowl and accents. The client then decided it was time to remove the pool and replace it with a smaller basin. Our masons went to work alongside the pool contractor Waterworks and it turned out great!

Do you have an annual visitor in your backyard?
A duck revisits your backyard each year because of site fidelity—the strong biological instinct to return to a location that previously provided safety, food, or a successful nesting spot.

When architectural columns are done well, they transform purely structural load-bearing requirements into powerful elements of rhythm, spatial organization, and human scale. Good design elevates a post from an invisible necessity into a deliberate artistic statement that anchors a room or facade.

The firm of Goodwin & Tatum designed this home in 1938 and many other great homes including 4417 S Versailles. So thankful to be part of the enhancement and preservation of these wonderful homes!

Since 1979, we were 100% referral based until just a handful of years ago. We entered into a rebrand process because we felt it was wise to clarify who we are to the next generation of prospective clientele. We could not safely assume that the children and grandchildren of our clients would pick up the phone and call us for posterity sake. M. M. Moore Construction Company became M. M. Moore Fine Gardens & Masonry and the rest is history! We added graphics to our trucks and job sites and so glad we did! So thankful for the clients who have trusted to design and build for them for almost 50 years! Thank you to the custom home builders who have made our stone and brick masons essential to their team!

Jon D. Carsey designed this house on University Blvd in University Park Texas but is also known for designing the boat house and bath house at White Rock Lake. He also worked with Frank Lloyd Wright. M. M. Moore worked with the great Ralph Duesing who amended this property ten years ago with iconic Dallas builder Randy Clowdus ten years ago to construct the gardens and boathouse. Recently, the gardens and a courtyard were updated to include renovation of a courtyard and the addition of a water feature consisting of carved classical animals designed by Ralph and masterfully carved by Dallas’ own Davis Cornell and constructed by M. M. Moore. We are so thankful to work for great homeowners, architects and builders who appreciate our love for classical design and quality construction.
