This is the second project of our return to Cedar Falls. These homeowners chose one of my favorite colors, Owens Corning Black Sable. It always looks so sharp! It matched up great to the homeowner’s current color scheme.

Back to Cedar Falls for a couple roofs. This one was a middle unit of a triplex. Kind of tough to explain, but we do what we’re told. Turned out as good as it could. That color is Owens Corning Estate Gray.

We’ve done several homes for this family who own a lot of rental properties throughout the Des Moines metro. Great customer great properties!
