Big change to this house! Resided this house solo, with the help of the wife to move the patio door to the back.

Replaced the exterior doors, storm door and octagon window with new ones as well. Wrapped the house in house wrap (previously had none) reflashed the roof to wall transitions and installed flashings above every horizontal trim and door to prevent future water damage.

Turned out awesome! Stone will be installed by others on the front, it is all flashed and ready.

Finished this basement 1/2 bath the other day.

Total gut down to the studs. Broke and pulled all the tile off the concrete floor. All new drywall, moved outlet and light switch up to standard height. Customer went with a terracotta floor and full ascent wall to dress it up a bit in there.

This bathroom in Clayton is just about done! This house luckily didn’t get damaged from the tornado but was without power for about a week.

New floor, new tub and shower tile- all waterproofed, new toilet and single mirror. The two lights will also be changed.

Customer had water coming in from their skylight, which was unfortunately only installed 2 years ago with the new roof.

The only way to go is to replace it with a Velux skylight. Now, the new skylight is flashed properly and ready for the next rain!
