You have to love these projects with a view! I started by adding a 22’x10’ deck extension with railing and a 17’x17’ custom pergola. Customer decided to add an additional 6’ to the deck for grillin/chillin space. Stain/paint will come this spring as well as installing Hercules bronze roofing system to finish the pergola.

Some work from the last week and a half.. Customer removed subfloor, joists and installed the shower and realized they needed some help.. I installed new floor joists as well as subfloor. Ran duct for hvac to room and duct for dryer vent.. Pulled power for dryer and installed plug. Framed walls behind shower surround and accented it with some 1”cedar board.. Installed bead board in both the bathroom and master bedroom.. The living room ceiling was bead boarded with 1x2 trim and two new ceiling fans.. Almost finished, customers will paint and trim.

Another project from last week. I removed and replaced the old soffit. I also added an 8” fascia, caulked and painted.
