Experienced Architectural Design CAD-Accomplished Project Manger

Creative design studio specializing in restaurant and hospitality design

8 years experience required

1. Interpret design plans and prepare complete plans for production

2. Complete conceptual layouts, floor plans space studies, kitchen layouts

3. Prolific Auto CAD Architecture, Commercial Buildings/Restaurants/Hospitality

4. Work with CAD operators, continually review and update progress for all
production projects

5. Field all calls from job sites to interpret intent and answer questions for general contractor and sub-contractors

6. Review projects with all architectural and engineering consultants continually to correlate all services

7. Maintain familiarity with all aspects of projects on continued basis throughout progress of project. Familiarity with building codes, ADA, etc.

8. Field all questions with clients, update, status, jobsite progress, etc.

9. Review projects progress schedules and establish completion dates with client

10. Work with all local agencies for preliminary review and requirements, establish submittals for permitting, and experienced with permitting process.

11. Field all job site construction questions, clarifications, problems, RFI’s

12. Complete the coordination between production and the design department

13. Maintain accuracy control and cost control on all projects

14. Experience correlating a complete set of working drawings
