We have reached the final inspection stage on this beautiful waterfront home in Walnut Island, Grandy NC.

This week we're down in Kill Devill Hills. This standard Beach box is getting a complete remodel. We romoved all wiring, except for a couple of GFCI circuits so the project can have temporary power. Once the interior layout is changed we'll be back for the electrical rough in.

We started the rough in on this beautiful water front home in Walnut Island, Grandy NC. This is a 700 square foot home with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, and a space living room. Down stairs is a waterside entertainment area. Hopefully we'll get our inspection after the new year .

This has become a common occurrence in our area. If you have a mobile home that's nearing the 25 year mark, check your service pole before it falls. This beautiful 24kw generac found its forever home this week. Pasquotank county inspector was happy with our workmanship. Hopefully we'll have propane delivered soon, and take it for a test run. It won't be long before we start losing daylight. If you have failing dusk til dawn lights we can shed some light on things with new LED commercial grade lights. We installed these about a week ago.
