Charlie was contacted late at night on a Saturday and did not hesitate to agree to help in my time of panic. He was calm, respectful, efficient, and had the resources to repair my issue upon arrival. He explained the risk of future issues and charged a fair price for his service. 100% recommend!"

"The GFI for my garage and outdoor outlets kept tripping and since my freezer is on that circuit I was worried I would lose the food in the freezer and had just restocked what I lost with power outages during the hurricane. Charlie made time to come right out, traced down the problem and fix everything quickly. He was very professional and polite, just a nice man. His pricing is reasonable and fair. I highly recommend HELP!! and I will be calling on him again :)"
